isn't it lovely? this house is a few doors down from me.

today ferdie and i experienced wisconsin's parks system. it's designed so that each park links to another. we found a rickety stairwell down to the edge of a river, and the first thing that crossed our paths was a lone fisherman, w/ a fish the length of my leg hooked onto a notch in his fishing belt. ferdinand thoroughly enjoyed the smell - i did not, however, i did feel an amazing sense of being in an environment i know nothing about. i accidently left the camera in the car.
