ferdie's new sister is here w/ us for a trial run. she's quite cute, and very, very energetic.

i like the name "franny," but i don't know how i feel about the alliteration (ferdie/franny). i mean, will it affect their confidence when they're older? will they know that they are not one-in-the-same, but unique individuals with their own thoughts, hopes, desires?

it's a tough job raising dogs.
